INSTANCE.DLL is used to add Pattern Matching facilities to Tradestation.
The type of pattern matching supplied in this DLL is called Instance Based
Learning (IBL), or nearest neighbour learning. IBL is a type of machine
learning paradigm that fits somewhere between neural networks and linear

Pal File Real Time will generate a price text file and maintain it in real time. The text file contains Date, Time, Open, High, Low, Close for a specified chart and then posts updates to this file in REAL TIME so the final bar in the text file is never duplicated, and is always kept current as the current bar on the chart is forming.
