Tick Talk

Clearly speaks in a human voice any number, percent, or currency! For instance, $32.25 would be spoken as "Thirty two dollars, 25 cents", 35.23% would be spoken as thirty five point two three percent.", and 12.546 would be spoken as "Twelve point five four six."
